Education
In 2015, I attended College at FSU with the aviation program for a short duration in addition with WVNCC to acquire 60 college credits to meet another flight school's prerequisites to be accepted.
My Major Injury
October 6, 2018 I had a serous injury
I was moving into another apartment. There was a large 50 lb mirror that I was moving into the back of my car. Only feet away from loading it, the mirror shattered out of nowhere on me. A large chunk came down and sliced my hand in half. Both arteries, nerves, tendons, veins, and more were sliced clean through. I lost over 2 liters of blood and had extensive surgery lasting 10 hours. I wasn't sure I would ever fly again.
I could not use my hand practically for several months. Therapy was extensive and thorough.
Many months of hard work and patience, I slowly gained more dexterity in my hand but the feeling never returned.
My dexterity plateaued and I was extremely fearful of the future with regards of aviation. I didn't think I would ever fly again, let alone, pass a medical.
Almost one year after the accident, I felt confident in the dexterity I had in my hand to get a medical and return to flying. I acquired my commercial multi-engine and single engine certificate in only one month after returning from a 10 month break to heal.

Photography
3D Printing & Design
After the wedding, I resumed flight training and acquired my Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII), and Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) certificate late 2019.
I do photography and film with my wife's photography business. All images and videos (other than of me) were taken by me.
I built a 3D printer which I design models as instructional aids. See the Instructor Tools page for material.
